Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie

Every morning I start the day off with a protein shake of sorts. This is a recipe that I saw and adjusted  to my own needs. It was very tasty and started the day off right.


 Add into a blender:
-1 scoop whey protein powder
-3 TBSP peanut butter
-1/2 cup yogurt (I used a mixture of plain & vanilla)
-1/2 cup milk (I used lactose free milk)
-1 1/2 banana
-1 TBSP chia seeds
-1 TBSP flax seed
-1 TBSP psyllium husk
-5-6 cubes of ice
-Water as needed if too thick

Blend & drink!!!
